What can I say about Angela only she truly helped me find my voice again after polyps. I'm a professional vocalist but had such fear and physical and mental limitations and she helped me through all of them. My technique soared with my confidence and I fell in love with vocal science and performance psychology. I've gone on to become a vocal coach myself to help others find their voice and I'm completing the second year of my masters in vocal performance. I owe so much of that to her. Love you Angela!

I have found Alison to be a fantastic teacher. She's clearly an expert in her field, and a multi-instrumentalist. I am totally confident that my singing has improved, Alison always gives me confidence and often relays her own experiences as a beginner to encourage me. I have been amazed by the quality of the online lessons and would go so far as to say that nothing at all has been lost from the lessons. I couldn't recommend Voiceworks and Alison enough and would add don't be put off by the fact that lessons are online.

Jodie has benefited greatly from her one to one lessons with Nikki. From the first time they connected on zoom, Nikki had a lovely calming, friendly way about her which immediately put Jodie at ease. After my first trial lesson with Christiana I could immediately tell that she was different from all of the previous coaches I had tried that did not factor in my unique voice in their lessons. What I value most is that she always checks in with me and makes sure that whatever we try feels comfortable. I signed up to vocal lessons with Nikki as I wanted to improve my vocal range and get myself out of my comfort zone. I had no objections to taking lessons as I attended the summer camp in 2016 and I really enjoyed it. My favourite tutor in the camp was Nikki so I knew I wanted to take lessons with her. I definitely feel that I have improved my vocal range since I have started attending classes with Nikki and my confidence has grown hugely in the past few years with regards to my singing.

I signed up for singing lessons with Nikki in September 2019, I always loved singing but always had a problem with confidence and being nervous when having to sing solo. Nikki gave me great confidence, she has a real talent for using different techniques to bring out the best in your voice especially her use of different vowels when having difficulty reaching high notes etc. I would really recommend Voiceworks to anyone who is interested in bettering their vocal techniques and would definitely recommend Nikki for her teaching skills. I never considered myself a singer. I also find it difficult to express myself fully. However, when I started taking lessons with Alison, I was not afraid of feeling ridiculous. Alison has been incredibly kind and respectful. She taught me to trust myself more. My voice stayed inside. I had a lot of trouble letting it out. Alison noticed this and worked on this aspect discreetly and with great patience and kindness. She always granted me the time necessary to work and above all to have fun !!! which is very important to me; enjoy singing, expressing myself.

I was a student of Voiceworks for two years when I met Christiana. She covered one of the classes I've attended. Then I found out she conducted The Performance Workshop so I decided to join, despite my shyness. One of the best decisions I have ever made. When I first went to Marion I was extremely shy and lacking self confidence. I was beaten down and completely doubted myself and my musical abilities. Marion helped me realize that I am much more than the bad things people have said in the past. She helped pull me out of my shell and explore parts of my voice I didn't even know I had! I wanted to apply for University but I was too self conscious and didn't believe I could do it. She guided me towards the auditions and now I'm going to be attending UCC to study music in September. I owe that achievement to Marion because without her support and tuition I wouldn't have been able to do it. My lessons with Marion have been encouraging, enriching and rewarding. My previous instructor had left. At this stage of my career, an older returning student, it was a huge step for me to push on. Emily started lessons with Shauna in September 2019 in Bandon with Pop Kids, since March she has moved to weekly one to one lessons with Shauna. Emily, really enjoys her weekly lesson with Shauna. Provides wonderful and unique performance opportunities while also the student is receiving a very high standard of vocal tuition from the best, most qualified teachers. There are so many options and possibilities, from girl bands to guitar tuition to performance workshops, this studio is truly the best place for anyone who wants to learn to sing.

My son started in Voicworks in January to help with his vocals for his Junior Cert practical exam, he had 1 on 1 lessons with Lorna, as parents it was lovely listening to him practice his songs and seeing the progress he made every week.
